swan.setEnableDebug

基础库 1.12 开始支持,在工具和真机中的实现有区别，详见 API 实现差异。

解释：设置是否打开调试开关，此开关对正式版也能生效。

Web 态说明：Web 态小程序暂不支持设置调试模式。

方法参数
