ZipArchive：：setCommentIndex — 设置由其索引定义的条目的注释
说明
public ZipArchive：：setCommentIndex（int $index， string $comment）： bool设置由其索引定义的条目的注释。
参数
index条目的索引。
comment注释的内容。
返回值
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
