assertEqualsIgnoringCase(mixed $expected, mixed $actual[, string $message = ''])

PHPUnit9.0 断言集合

当两个变量 ​$expected​ 和 ​$actual​ 不相等时报告错误，错误讯息由 ​$message​ 指定。
比较 ​$expected​ 和 ​$actual​ 时，忽略大小写差异。
​assertNotEqualsIgnoringCase() ​是与之相反的断言，接受相同的参数。
