remove zeros from lagpolynomial, squeezed representation with index

Parameters:

Parameters:	ar : array_like coefficients of lag polynomial
Returns:	coeffs : array non-zero coefficients of lag polynomial index : array index (lags) of lagpolynomial with non-zero elements

ar : array_like

coefficients of lag polynomial

Returns:

coeffs : array

non-zero coefficients of lag polynomial

index : array

index (lags) of lagpolynomial with non-zero elements
