Notes

Partial support refers to not supporting embedded images (data URIs) inside the SVG.

Chrome & Safari may show text using an incorrect font for SVGs with text using <img> (see WebKit bug 68090)
For the IE11 WebView, the SVG won't work if it includes the XML declaration at the beginning.
