CSS first-line pseudo-element

Allows styling specifically for the first line of text using the ::first-line pseudo-element. Note that only a limited set of properties can be applied.

Notes

IE8 only supports the single-colon CSS 2.1 syntax (i.e. :first-line). It does not support the double-colon CSS3 syntax (i.e. ::first-line).
